stayed in this hotel for 2 nights - negative is that the sheets were stained and torn at the bottom, also breakfast is not served until after 8 am. despite booking it for 7.30 am to catch a plane. If a light sleeper, can be a problem as the hotel is practically against the train station , get a room at the back. Plus side, train from Vile Parle to Churchgate is one hour, so coming back with shopping the hotel is practically next to the exit, length of 2/3 buses away. Has a restaurant and a bar, not cheap but not extortionate. Auto rickshaws on the other side of the road, not pavement as there is none. Good shopping next street, Church on the other street. Bathroom small but clean. Staff friendly helpful and informative. Will go back again but take or buy sheets when I go. Vile Parle has some nice shops, good pizza place, a couple of bar/restaurants and of course the all important McDonalds. Price was £48 for 2 nights. breakfast in room, coffee okay, choice limited, toast freshly made.

Here hotel manager understands that customer is a stupid.he don't know-how to help a guest,hotel laundry was shaky.food too much expensive.they don't provide hotel room bill by the through online booking.

This is one of my best place to have a quality and good food. Tasty food and quick service. Vishnu the captain at the upper section at the bar helps you to order the best food. He always makes sure that he looks at the table and is immediately there to help you if you need anything. Actually 2nd stay at same place. But service quality is bit disappointed. Nobody to receive call at reception or room service many times. Rooms have bugs in bed. Food is bit ok. Location is the superb point to stay again. jus nearby vile parle station, close to airport. good for stay for small business trip or personal trip.
